What for the young guys start to go to the gym?

It is easier to keep motivated in summer than in the winter months — the only bad thing about training in summer is that it's too damn hot!

It`s very hard for women to get a big muscles. But there is northing impossible for some of them. They work hard and work out!

Sometimes there is no desire to go to gym. Am I right? And it is not clear on what it depends. What`s possible to do in such cases?
