Beef & Mango

1 mango, peel and cut into cubes
2 tbsp. of chopped red onion
2 tbsp. of chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 large tortillas
160 grams of roasted ground beef
To begin with, mix in a bowl the first 4 ingredients. Add salt and pepper. Both tortillas place on plate and put in the middle some ground beef. Then cover the meat with the prepared paste. Roll tortillas and wrap in foil.

SALMON & BROWN RICE

1 / 2 cup of the finely chopped red pepper
1 / 4 cup of the chopped onion
1 can of the canned salmon
2 cups of the cooked brown rice
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil
Pour into a pan some vegetable oil and heat on medium. Simmer the onions and peppers for 2-3 minutes. Put the salmon in the pan together with the juice and cook for 3-5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add some rice to the salmon. Gently mix the rice with the chunks of salmon. Add salt and pepper.

- If nothing else can help do not hesitate to eat steroids, growth hormones and special drugs to achieve your goal.
Do you really believe that doing nothing you will lose weight? Do you really think that these techniques guarantee the results they promise? Tom Venuto, the author of such self-help books as Burn the fat, Feed the Muscle and the Big Fat lies says that the statements given above do not guarantee the result they promise, in fact, they can even cause damage to your health.
Let’s think about dieting, for example. It is not necessary for you to eat absolutely nothing to lose or just not to gain weight. According to Tom Venuto, you just have to eat the right food, do regular exercises and of course to think positively about what you do to keep your weight at the same level or even to lose some.
Every day you have some things to do: you work, you socialize with your friends and family, actually you do a lot of things a day. That is why you have to eat food to get the nutrients for your every day functions. Your body needs to gain strength from somewhere. Most food supplements cannot satisfy your body’s needs in calories which turn into energy that you need to live. So if you do not eat properly you will not be able to accomplish everyday tasks of life.
Eating properly is not enough though. You have to do regular exercises to lose weight, to shake off the fat that you do not need and to gain muscles instead of it. Do not forget that drugs and steroids may have bad effect to your physical and mental health especially if you do not take them correctly.
Do not believe when you are told that losing weight is a one-minute process. It takes time. Sometimes it takes a lot of time. So regular exercises are necessary to help your body to shake off the fat gradually.
Bodies shown in modern magazines look very well and show a nice example to follow. But you should not believe that their changes have happened very quickly so that you are not frustrated when you do not succeed in losing much weight in a short period of time. It is just a form of advertising. But your dream can and should come true if you have patience and confidence enough. Remember: “Every hard work pays off”!
