Motivation

The desire to have a beautiful balanced muscle with minimal fat is not fundamental in fitness. Much more important is tendency for methodical purposeful work.

First of all, make a note for your workout in your daily plan. You do not have time for classes? This is the most common reason for not training. Do not let laziness win up. Think about the fact that you always find time for something pleasant.

Persuade your friends or family members to train together. It is scientifically proven that couples involved in sports together, train more consistently and effectively.

Put yourself for achievable goals to see some progress in achieving them. Do not put a task to lose weight for 20 kg per month. It is difficult to achieve and is harmful to your health. Start with a goal to lose 5 kg. Set the date for checking the results for a certain period of time.

To begin let the kernel of motivation will be a purely strength result – what weight you have overcome in a particular exercise or how many repetitions and sets you have done.

Do not hurry! You’re doing something favorable, steadily moving toward the goal and it means that you do not lose time in vain.

Measure your success by the pleasure that you get from training. Do not compare yourself with anybody and do not compete. You are fighting with yourself. To fight your laziness, disbelief and weakness is the biggest victory that can only fall to human’s lot.

It used to be at the dawn of bodybuilding that athletes have been training all the muscles at a training session. And spent two or even three hours on this. Then came the new times. It became clear that training should be short and powerful. And we, the builders began to divide the muscles into “top” and “bottom”. Today, we pump the body muscles and tomorrow – the legs. And still the training is too long and exhausting. Then we went a step further: we began to divide the muscles of the body. The number of trainings has increased. For example, on Monday we have to train our chest and triceps, on Tuesday – back and biceps, on Thursday we train the deltas, on Friday – our legs. The transference in the training scheme brought bodybuilders a staggering weight gain. For the first time in our sport came giants, weighing half a hundredweight. But it was only the beginning of the story I’m going to tell you.

The breakthrough came when bodybuilders guessed to divide the daily workout into two, morning and evening. Here’s an example: morning for breast, evening for triceps. It turned out that all the time the bodybuilder was pumping his muscle on “fresh” head and well rested. This allowed to develop the unprecedented intensity of training and also brought new, unseen benefits. The bodybuilders have fundamentally changed their appearance. Now these were the monsters of weight, a kind of cyborgs with muscles, who, even after the pre-contest “drying”, went on the podium with a weight of more than 125-130 kg!

The division of the training into a morning and an evening one is called the “double-split” and has the status of the supreme achievement of the training ideas. A year ago, American scientists have shaken the world of bodybuilding with the bold statement: they seem to have developed a radically different scheme of the double split being more efficient. When one reads about the benefits of the new method of training, the head is spinning. The amount of glycogen in the muscle tissue grows up to 40%! As it is known, glycogen storage requires water. As a result, the liquid content in the muscle cells is increased by almost 30%, and you feel a brutal pumping! The intracellular pressure is so great that it causes an immediate stretching of the cell membrane: the cell actually increases the volume!

Already at the end of the first week you will notice the increased strength endurance. This is due to the paradoxical effect of the increasing number of intracellular “energy factories” – mitohodries. Incidentally, it speeds up the resting metabolism, and you begin to rapidly lose your body fat.

There is a well-known proverb that goes – you are what you eat, but we should slightly paraphrase it for the article – you are what you think.

You would probably agree that motivation and self confidence play a great role in our mental and physical health.

Today we are beginning to understand that there is a certain link between what we think and how we feel and now the evidence is almost impossible to neglect – we actually are what we think.

If you are a person who has a positive view on everything then life is easier for you, you are surrounded by positiveness and you feel good, the same is true for those with negative perception of life.

So, come to think of it. Maybe it is time for positive thinking about everything – people around us, the life we lead etc.

We all know many examples of those people who think negatively. They are afraid of making any changes and then life makes them do these changes by illness or something negative.

If you are interested I more live examples we can recommend you to read books by Deepak Chopra. The most interesting one is named “Unconditional life” where the experience of people with negative and positive thinking is described and how it affected their lives.

We just have to remember that we and only we are making our lives day in day out. Nobody else can make us happy but us.
Nobody else can make us feel frustrated but us.

We can chose whatever we want – become stagnant and die or lead life full of emotions. Once you start feeling bored your body will also show the symptoms of getting bred of life. This will not lead to anything positive.

“Happiness is a way of travel – not a destination” – says Roy M. Goodman. You should believe in miracles and choose to be happy.

If you do not like something about the life you lead then probably it is high time to change everything? Or at least anything. Even small changes can make you happier.
