I'm going to cut right to it. Here's EXACTLY, word for word, what it takes for anyone to turn pro:
1. Genetics 2. Busting your ass in the gym 3. Knowing how to eat alot of good food 4. Knowing what it means to "rest" 5. 12-15 YEARS of being consistant, and never missing a scheduled workout (*note: you are allowed to miss 2-3 workouts in that 12-15 years for funerals, family tragedy, etc.)

For me personally, the more Russians compete in IFBB, the better. I do what I love. I have a lot of plans, including plans to compete in 2007.

Every antural bodybuilder (do they exist? ) cry that steroids injure our health. Yoг can find "science" articles where written that high testosterone levels kill nerve cells and thus shorten our life. In that way many old bodybuilder must already lie in land... but actually we see that some of them have a good look nowaday. For example, average duration of men's life in Russia - 59 years!!! Frank Zane - 3 times Mr.Olympia - at the age of 64.

Really big man!!! But we know that he can dieting down and be lean on the Olympia stage. If you look on photos, you see some troubles... it looks as if Coleman has a little gyno and his right lat is bidder than left!!!

Cutler looks like he is contest ready, how can he maintain that all year? How much shit is this guy on??? Jay's Back has now become a strong point when in the past it was considered weak.
