Barbell Reverse Wrist Curl |
PreparationSit and grasp bar with narrow to shoulder width overhand grip. Rest forearms on thighs with wrists just beyond knees. ExecutionHyperextend wrist and return until wrist are fully flexed. Repeat. CommentsKeep elbows approximately wrist height to maintain resistance through the full range of motion.
